User Benefits:
- How is Absolo training different from other
abdominal exercises?
Absolo
Core Intensive Training is the fitness industry's first abdominal
exercise system that is both effective and FUN! It replaces the boredom
and drudgery of traditional "crunches" or other abdominal machines. The
unique combination of crunch movements and the interaction of tossing a
medicine ball improves the cardiovascular system, upper body strength,
flexibility, and core strength.
- To see significant results, how often should
exercisers use the Absolo machine?
First,
you will "feel" the results. New users report being surprised that they
felt such a "good ab burn" while having so much fun! Absolo Core
Intensive training will provide the best results when integrated with a
sound cardiovascular and strength-training program. A well-balanced
diet that provides energy and nutrition for optimal health is a must.
- Will Absolo training help me get rid of my gut or
love handles?
Science
tells us that it is impossible to "spot reduce" and that excess body
fat is lost only by increasing physical activity, decreasing caloric
intake, or both. However, Absolo Core Intensive Training will burn
calories while strengthening the abdominal muscle group, and that will
help hold the "gut" in!
- What are the other benefits when using the
Absolo Core Intensive Training system?
Its
unique design provides an upper body workout, a core (back/hip/stomach)
workout, a trunk and spinal flexibility workout, and a terrific
cardiovascular workout.
