Lifting Straps / Wrist Wraps / Lifting Hooks

Lifting Straps are used to enhance the grip around a workout bar. They are very efective and Ez to use.

Wrist Wraps are used to support the wrists while lifting heavy weights by wrapping the elastic-cotton material around the wrist.

Lifting Hooks are used to support the user and give a more secure grip while doing pull ups or lat pulldowns. The grip is maintained with metal hooks shaped to fit around a bar.
Great for help when doing pullups.
