An empower Follow-Along Workout DVD and full size wall poster will engage, educate and inspire you to reach your fitness goals.  You will train with one of our Certified Personal Trainers as they teach you how to use your equipment, educate you on the proper form and techniques, and motivate you during your routine.  While exercising in the comfort of your own home, the 20 minute empower workouts are efficient, fun, and guaranteed to provide results!

Patented weight cradle uses vinyl dumbbells in place of a weight stack.  Simply add or remove dumbbells to adjust the resistance.

Adjustable soft-strap handle. Regardless of your height, our unique design adjusts to the perfect length for all upper body exercises using the cable system.

Built-in accessory hooks keep your workout gear organized.
