To help assure in-time delivery for in-stock items, we strongly recommend that you place your order before Friday, December 16th.

Q. Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

A. Depending on where you live, the availability of the items on your order, and the shipping method you choose (see the next question below), we may be able to ship as late as Thursday, December 22rd for Christmas delivery.

Please note that not all items can be shipped the next business day.
Check the product's Availability (to the right of the product image), for example:

Availability indicates the time we need to get your shipment "out the door." It does not include time in transit.
If Availability is Ships next business day, your item will ship from our Rhode Island (R.I.) warehouse the very next business day.
Smaller items (weighing less than 100 LBS) will ship via UPS or USPS. Small in-stock items can be shipped using an expedited shipping method (see next question below).
If Availability indicates a lead time (e.g. Usually ships in 3-4 days), this item requires extra processing before it ships.
For used items, this indicates the time we need to prepare your item for shipment. For other items, this indicates the processing time before your order ships from a partner warehouse. To estimate when your item will arrive, add 5 business days time-in-transit to the time indicated. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Larger items will ship via Common Carrier curbside delivery. The shipper will contact you to schedule delivery.

Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. Yes we do!

We can ship UPS 2nd Day Air� and UPS Next Day Air�. Please call 800-383-2008 for a shipping quote.
For items with immediate availability, order deadlines for Christmas are as follows:
UPS 2nd Day Air�: Tuesday, December 21st at 2PM EST.
UPS Next Day Air�: Thursday, December 22nd at 3PM EST.
