JEFF HUNT (2009-05-21)
My gym just got this machine and I tried it tonight. I am a fit guy but this machine real was tough. It give a good full body work out. Cant wait to use it again...

Seattle (2008-09-19)
This machine kicked my ass. I could feel results the day after... I used to run 5 miles every day to bu 600 calories but with this machine I can bu as much in about half the time.

Hayward cole (2008-08-07)
One of the top five workout no question about it.

Patrick (2008-02-23)
I tried a prototype of this piece of equipment when it was being developed in my home town. I believe that it`s one of the tuffer pieces of cardo equipment on the market. The down side is at it`s lowest level your still doing about 4-5 mets of activity which may be to much for someone who is beginning to exercise or has a cardiac history.

jesse james (2007-06-10)
i tried one they are alright, be better if they were cheaper.

zach and robin (2006-11-01)
what a great product we have it in our fire hall gym.

Pat Cavanaugh (2006-01-04)
I used one at a Gym I use to belong to up until I moved. I thought it was the best overall cardio-vascular aerobic trainer I`ve ever used. While being in a volunteer fire company the benefits of the "ladder" were of a personal nature for health and of a volunteer proficiency for firefighting and climbing. I wish I could afford one. I would buy it today.
