SHIPPING INCLUDED "A classic bench built tough to take a beating!" We originally developed this bench for the trainer who requested a simple flat, beefy Olympic bench. Because of our standard adjustment design on some other models we were able to incorporate our extremely popular patented linkage seat system allowing the bench to now hit every available angle from decline all the way to a shoulder press position. The low to ground profile gives you a firm footing and feel when performing heavy presses. Another innovative feature to this bench was adding the short cross tube. This comes standard and allows the bench to work in either a narrow or Olympic width accommodating all bar lengths. The Leg lift and curl machine options are great additions to this powerful bench.

Does the Powertec Olympic Narrow bench come with weights?
No weights come with the Powertec Olympic Narrow bench. In fact very few if any benches are sold with weights included.
this bench looks great and as a weight lifter, I like the fact that the bench can be lowered for shorter people like myself.
This is a good bench at an affordable price. But I wish they would go back to the traditional Olympic weight benches instead attaching them with stuff that are innerchangeble and too skinny. Otherwise this is a good weight bench it`s for wide arms arm positions and it is capable of incline, decline and especially flatback. I hate the benches that are tight around your chest u know the things that you put the weights bar on.(Bar holder). Thanks for benches like this. Jonathon Franks
