Brilliant design. This is the foundation of my exercise program. Add an Ipod to set the for entertainment and your exercise program is complete

I have owned an airdyne for many years, it is the best exercise machine i have ever seen. I started when i rode outside bikes and at 68 after two heart operations i still find it the best thing for my exersice.

I HAVE 2 OF THESE BIKES . GREAT WORKOUT VERY EFFECTIVE. OLD TECHNOLOGY IN A MODE WORLD.

    Milton Kale (2007-11-17)
It is a great exercise machine.

I`ve used the Airdyne for over 17 years. I own 2 machines, one with almost 60,000 miles. Best aerobic machine on the market.

This is the BEST! I added a larger seat with more cushion, a fender and handlebar extenders. My only problem is my back. It goes out when I work too hard. So I had to go to a recumbent. Not as good a workout but satisfactory. I miss the AirDyne!

    great bike

    John Anthony (2006-08-28)
When I want to use the legs only, I wrap a strip of toweling or a cord around the readout device, which serves to balance me on the seat.

I have had a airdyne over 10 yrs. Still works great I don,t get tired of the movement.

    don (2006-08-03)
I WALK 3 MILES A DAY... AND THE BIKE __ STILL GIVES THIGHS A HARD WORKOUT... DO WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO DISCONNECT HANDLEBARS FROM MOVING WHEN I WANT TO DO LEGS ONLY.

    Karen Errico (2006-02-20)
Overall the bike is great-the only problem I find is the seat-after a few minutes you have to keep pushing yourself back on it.
