In order for your equipment to be delivered inside your home, the assembly personnel must be able to bring the equipment through front door with the pathway cleared (from snow or any blockage) and all passages must have enough room to carry the equipment from the entry of your home to the room of your choice. Also, the room of your choice cannot involve more than one flight of stairs. In the event that your assembly and delivery does not fit the criteria above, it still may be possible, but additional charges will apply.

does the Troy VTX Olympic Grip Plate - 300 Lb Set come with something to put the bar up into after benching? if not, is it possible that i could purchase one of those?

No it does not come with any bar holder but that can be purchased for less than $100- it would hold the plates and bar-check out our website for your choices.

Olympic set comes in several boxes- they are sized 17 by 17 by 4 for the two 45`s-90 lbs, 13 and 1/2 by 13 and 1/2 by 4 for the two 35`s-70 lbs, 12 by 12 by 4 for the two 25`s-50 lbs and 16 by 8 by 8 for the box that holds the two 10`s , the four 5`s and the two 2 and 1/2`s--45 lbs. the bar measures 86 inches in a tube that has a three inch diameter and weighs 45 lbs.
