I am very pleased with everything about Big Fitness! We bought a Landice L7 treadmill, at a good price. It got delivered a few weeks later. The installers showed up on time! They were very professional, very polite, and knew what they were doing. I have many issues with other companies where installers are late, don't show up, need to borrow tools, leave trash behind, etc.... Not with Big Fitness! A+ for the sales staff and the installers.
