The FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option turns the FTS Power Cage into a multi-function rack and cable machine. Utilize 1” standard plates on the weight carriage pegs in order to perform various exercises on the Lat Pull Down or Low Row.
In order to utilize 2” Olympic Plates on the weight carriage pegs 2″ Olympic Adapter Sleeves must also be purchased
